Refund Policy

Membership fees and donations are non-refundable. By subscribing or donating, you acknowledge that you are paying for immediate access to digital content and that no refund, partial or otherwise, will be issued once a charge has been processed.

You can cancel your recurring membership at any time from your profile or the billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges only — it does not refund the current billing period, and you retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused access, downgrades, or account termination for violating our Terms of Service.

One-time donations are voluntary and non-refundable under any circumstances.

The one exception: if you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge), contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate. Verified billing errors will be corrected at our discretion.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — we're happy to look into any billing concern. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of access.

Where applicable law grants you a mandatory right to a refund or cooling-off period that cannot be waived, that law will govern to the extent it conflicts with this policy.
